Festival life can take you to strange places.
You know the drill.
You pack the car and drive umpteen miles to join a temporary community of fellow festival goers. You hope to get a ticket, brave the crowds, and find a decent camp spot. You cope with $9 breakfast burritos, overflowing port-o-potties, and crowded camping in the middle of an open field – just to enjoy some time in the sun listening to great music.
Rain, sleet, and even snow – you travel far and wide to support live music and have a blast with like-minded folks. You laugh at the hassles involved because you need to go where the music and good times are.
In short, you are Roamin’. One of the faces you recognize from concerts and festivals far and wide. A part-time nomadic tribe of folks traveling around the nation in search of live music and good times.
We’re Roamin’, too. We can build a small community just about anywhere and everywhere. We make new friends, take care of each other, and enjoy the best that life has to offer.
What if we Roamin’s had our own festival? Everyone brings the best of festival life while minimizing the problems that are damaging the larger festival scene… it could be beautiful.
This is our goal. To create a community of our Roamin’ fellows and to create a small festival worthy of our festival friends.
See you at the outpost.
